Subject	radiator leak repair

Message	Being the unlucky idiot that I am, I accidently used a bolt that was a bit too long to screw my fan shroud onto my Howe radiator and it punctured the radiator when I tightened it down. I have absolutely no knowledge of welding. Could something like this be fixed?
